Given the current global context, the conference aims to promote the essential role of social sciences, of communication and cooperation in Europe and beyond. Undergraduate, graduate students and researchers specialising in Economics and Business, Public Administration, Foreign Languages, Law, Communication, Philosophy, as well as other areas are welcome to share their ideas regarding new, innovative ways of building a sustainable social, economic and political environment for future generations.

• Business Communication (LSP, Marketing/Advertising, Intercultural Communication, Negotiations, Corporate Social Responsibility)
• Language and Culture (Language and Literature, Cultural Studies, Translation and Interpreting, Gender Studies) 

Conference languages: English/ Romanian.

The conference may prove highly relevant for Bachelor and Master level students interested in the fields of Economics, Business and Communication as well as to young researchers who wish to improve their knowledge, disseminate the results of their work, or acquire new skills. The whole event is meant to celebrate youth as a community, as a culture, as a whole and to shed light on the young researchers' work worldwide. We aim to do that by raising awareness, both among participants and the general public, of the importance of common values, mutual understanding and by building a network of young researchers willing to invest their efforts in both personal and community development.

Selected papers will be published (free of charge) in the Conference Proceedings volume.
